In today’s video I’m sharing my favourite end of year exercise that I’ve been doing for years! It’s an exercise that really helped me to look back on the year and uncover what I’d achieved, how I had grown and what I’d learnt about me and my life.
It can be too easy to look on what we haven’t done or achieved, but I want you to really think about your year. Trust me, there will be plenty of lessons and new experiences that you’ve tried.
